My journey to practicing therapeutic massage began through encouragement from family and friends, who shared their belief in my natural affinity for the work. Full time training was taken at Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage in Albaquerque, NM in 2006. Since that time my continuting exploration and training has included certification in Hot Stone Therapy, Cold Stone Therapy for Migraine Headaches, and Active Isolated Stretching. Other continuing education includes study in Orthopedic Massage for Low Back with Dr. Ben Benjamin, and Orthopedic Massage for Lower Body Conditions and Pelvic Stabilization with James Waslaski.

I continue to find inspiration through working with my clients challenges and seeing the benefits they experience through receiving this work. Myofacial, Structural and Orthopedic orientations to massage are compelling to me. My intention is further study in these modalities.
